If you'll be joining us on Thursday, bring cash. Paul doesn't accept plastic 'cuz he's old skool like that.

What is the Burger Series?
It's a monthly gathering of people with a purpose -- to explore the New York burger scene. Every burger joint in the Big Apple claims to make the best burgers in the city, and we're putting it all to the test. Oh, and there's nothing wrong with using burgers and beers as an excuse to hang out.
